जिम्मेदारियां

  • Administrative File Routing: Manage the creation, logging, and tracking of official note sheets, file movements, and administrative memos inside the fund management division. Ensure files move efficiently through internal networks without processing delays.
  • Committee Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate investment review committee sessions, portfolio roundtables, and board briefings. Manage multi-tier calendars, distribute formal agendas, and compile clear Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
  • Office Logistics Management: Oversee the daily inventory tracking, office equipment support, and material delivery channels for the fund management team. Maintain clean organizational systems to ensure smooth workflow delivery across workspaces.
  • RTI & Grievance Data Gathering: Assist the administrative team in pulling, validating, and formatting data records required to answer incoming RTI queries and public grievances related to fund investments. Ensure compliance with document deadlines.
  • Travel & Delegation Logistics: Coordinate domestic travel networks, hotel bookings, and local arrangements for investment officers and visiting valuation experts. Ensure all travel tracks conform to internal financial guidelines.
  • Vendor Billing Coordination: Collect, log, and organize itemized vendor quotes, venue delivery receipts, and logistical bills for the administrative division. Cross-check fields to ensure all expenses have proper supporting receipts.
  • GFR Asset Ledger Tracking: Maintain the internal asset registries and inventory logs for equipment deployed across the fund management vertical. Ensure all procurement tracking rules align with the General Financial Rules (GFR) framework.
  • Ecosystem Stakeholder Welcoming: Manage reception desks and visitor logs during the arrival of fund managers, institutional investors, and corporate partners. Act as a polished brand representative to ensure proper hospitality protocols are followed.
  • Digital Document Archiving: Establish and maintain a secure centralized digital system for signed investment agreements, term sheets, and official administrative notifications. Systematically tag files for rapid lookup.
  • Post-Event Log Summary: Compile attendance logs, certificate distribution lists, and participant feedback files following investment roadshows and workshops. Deliver clean data metrics to help refine upcoming administrative planning models.

MSH leverages various digital integration and implementation tools, as well as analytics, to capture and consolidate data from all MeitY-supported TIDE 2.0 Centres, Centres of Excellence (CoEs), startups, investors, mentors, service providers, freelancers, academic institutions, industries, and other stakeholders. It connects them with the global community of investors, mentors, corporates, experts, entrepreneurs, MSMEs, institutions, and international funding agencies that support sustainable techno-socio-economic development in India.

MSH engages with startups by providing access to funding, corporate partnerships, investor networks, a digital platform for resource aggregation, and enhanced visibility to promote startup success stories. It is also responsible for implementing various startup-related schemes of MeitY, such as TIDE 2.0, SAMRIDH, and GENESIS, and supports and engages with 43 MeitY-supported CoEs, 51 TIDE 2.0 Centres, and over 42 SAMRIDH accelerators funded under respective schemes. In addition, MSH organizes capacity-building workshops and facilitates the participation of startups and ecosystem enablers in national and international events and programs, and also collaborates with various foreign governments and organizations to support the global expansion of Indian startups.
