 Program & Initiative Management – Plan and manage mentorship programs, networking events, and ecosystem engagement initiatives.
 Research & Insights – Track industry trends, emerging technologies and market developments to generate insights for startups.
 Mentorship & Advisory – Connect startups with mentors and advisors to guide them through challenges and growth phases.
 Ecosystem Collaboration – Strengthen partnerships with incubators, accelerators, industry bodies, and government agencies to enhance the ecosystem.
 Data-Driven Decision Making – Collect feedback, evaluate impact and refine strategies to improve outcomes.
 Community Building & Advocacy – Build a strong startup community and advocate for enabling policies.
 Workshops & Knowledge Sharing – Conduct learning sessions to equip startups with practical skills.
