भूमिकाएँ और जिम्मेदारियाँ

• Manage and maintain the organization’s overall IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
• Install, configure, and administer corporate software systems, operating systems, and office IT equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for servers, desktops, laptops, printers, networking devices, and in-house software.
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, internet, intranet, and VPN connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls, and ensuring stable network operations.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, official email IDs, and e-Office access, including password resets and account deactivation during employee exit.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies, monitor system security, and respond to potential threats.Ensure network security and implement necessary upgrades or patches.
• Perform data backup, restoration, and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data protection and availability.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, system documentation, issue resolution reports, and coordinate with vendors for hardware support and maintenance.
