1. Translation:

दस्तावेज़ों, लेखों, ऑडियो और वीडियो सामग्री का कन्नड़ से अन्य भाषाओं में अनुवाद करें और इसके विपरीत।

सुनिश्चित करें कि अनुवाद मूल अर्थ, स्वर और संदर्भ को बनाए रखें।

2. Transcription:

कन्नड़ से ऑडियो और वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग को टेक्स्ट प्रारूप में ट्रांसक्राइब करें,

लिखित सामग्री में सटीकता और विवरण पर ध्यान बनाए रखें।

3. Interpretation:

उन बैठकों, सम्मेलनों और कार्यक्रमों के लिए व्याख्या सेवाएँ प्रदान करें जहाँ कन्नड़ भाषी व्यक्ति शामिल होते हैं

कन्नड़ भाषियों और अन्य लोगों के बीच सहज संचार की सुविधा प्रदान करना।

4. Content Creation:

लेख, सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट और मार्केटिंग सामग्री जैसे विभिन्न उद्देश्यों के लिए बोडो में मूल लिखित सामग्री बनाएं।

सुनिश्चित करें कि सामग्री आकर्षक, सटीक और सांस्कृतिक रूप से उपयुक्त है।

5. Linguistic Analysis:

बोडो ग्रंथों का भाषाई विश्लेषण करना, व्याकरणिक संरचनाओं, शब्दावली उपयोग और शैलीगत तत्वों की पहचान करना और उनका दस्तावेजीकरण करना।

भाषा के उपयोग, व्याकरण और शैली पर प्रतिक्रिया दें

6. गुणवत्ता आश्वासन:

¨Review translated & transcribed materials, adherence to consistency & accuracy.

सुनिश्चित करें कि सभी अनुवादित और निर्मित सामग्री भाषाई गुणवत्ता मानकों को पूरा करती है।

अंतिम डिलीवरी से पहले सामग्री की समीक्षा और प्रूफ़रीड करें।

7. Collaboration:

उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले परिणाम प्राप्त करने और वितरित करने के लिए टीम के सदस्यों, अनुवादकों और सामग्री निर्माताओं के साथ सहयोग करें।

लेखकों, डिजाइनरों और परियोजना प्रबंधकों सहित क्रॉस-फ़ंक्शनल टीमों के साथ मिलकर काम करें।

उच्च गुणवत्ता, सांस्कृतिक रूप से प्रासंगिक सामग्री प्रदान करने के लिए परियोजनाओं पर सहयोग करें।

8. Cultural Sensitivity:

कन्नड़ भाषा और सामग्री के साथ काम करते समय सांस्कृतिक संवेदनशीलता और जागरूकता प्रदर्शित करें,

सांस्कृतिक बारीकियों और भिन्नताओं को समझने और उनका सम्मान करने के प्रति संवेदनशील।

9. Research:

अनुवाद और सामग्री निर्माण प्रयासों की जानकारी देने के लिए कन्नड़ भाषा, साहित्य और संस्कृति में वर्तमान घटनाओं और विकास पर अपडेट रहें।

कन्नड़ भाषा के रुझान, मुहावरेदार अभिव्यक्ति और शब्दावली पर अपडेट रहें।

Conduct research on specific topics to enhance translation and content creation

10. Training and Support:

Provide guidance and support to colleagues and collaborators on Kannada language usage, grammar, and cultural aspects as needed.

11. Hands- On Experience

Candidates with min 2-5 years practical, hands-on experience in aforementioned areas will be prioritized. Please specify the areas where you have already gained practical experience or actively participated.

This may include projects you may have led, tasks you have completed, or roles you have held within these domains.

12. Proficiency in Computer Skills:

Proficient in MS Office with having knowledge of typing.

Familiarity with a variety of tools commonly used in aforementioned areas.

Awareness of Unicode fonts & digital content creation.

योग्यता:

1. Proficiency in Kannada language, including excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
2. Degree / Diploma in Kannada language, linguistics, literature, or a related field preferred. Master’s & PhD degree holders will be given preference. 3. Proven experience of 2-5 years as a Kannada translator, interpreter, or content creator.
4. Strong attention to detail and deep understanding of Kannada grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Cultural sensitivity and awareness of Kannada language and culture and customs & traditions.
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Proficiency with translation and transcription tools and software is a plus.
9. Previous experience in a similar role or in a multicultural environment is preferred.
10. Flexibility and adaptability to work on various types of projects and tasks as needed.
