Roles and Responsibilities of Manager-HR

Recruitment, Joining and On boarding Coordination

• Coordinate for Interviews.
• आईटी प्रौद्योगिकी का अच्छा ज्ञान
• Should Understand Business need and timelines of Temporary Staffing
• शुरू से अंत तक भर्ती जीवन चक्र में कुशल
• लक्ष्य और टीम निर्माण के प्रति आक्रामक दृष्टिकोण
• Joining and on boarding formalities;
• Assist to conduct orientation / Introduction for new employee;
• Coordinate for arrangements for ID cards, access to tools and biometric registration of new joiner.

HR Generalist:

• सभी ऑपरेशन गतिविधियाँ करना जैसे। नौकरी से संबंधित कंपनी द्वारा रखी गई जानकारी का मिनट लेना, दाखिल करना, डेटा इनपुट, रखरखाव और प्रबंधन।
• छुट्टी और उपस्थिति की निगरानी. डेटा प्रविष्टि, फाइलिंग, स्कैनिंग, फोटोकॉपी, दस्तावेजों की मेलिंग।
• विभिन्न मुद्दों पर सभी इकाइयों के साथ दिन-प्रतिदिन पत्राचार। फ़ाइल और डेटाबेस रखरखाव.
• समय-समय पर एचआर टूल्स, इंट्रानेट और एचआर विक्रेताओं को प्रबंधित करें।
• Review and assist in the implementation and development of the entire gamut of HR activities keeping in view the requirements.
• Arrange & Conduct all HR meetings at regular intervals with all the employees across the location.
• Ensure adherence of HR policies.
• Co-ordinate for Medi-claims.
• To follow-up with absconding cases and ensure timely action.
• देर से आना, अनुपस्थिति, ड्रेस कोड, प्रदर्शन में कमी, व्यवहार आदि जैसी चिंताओं पर जागरूकता सुनिश्चित करें।
• To handle employee grievances effectively.
• Responsible for working in close coordination with Operations and HR leadership of the processes to achieve business delivery targets.
• Support payroll processing, Support /maintain statutory compliance/Audits.
