MeitY Startup Hub (MSH) is currently inviting applications for the position of Portfolio Management Manager, purely on a contract/consolidated basis.

• Portfolio Governance Lifecycles: Lead the continuous financial and operational performance monitoring of all startups within the MSH investment portfolio. Establish detailed venture health tracking models to identify and fix operational slowdowns early.
• Venture Capital Valuation Tracking: Coordinate the periodic revaluation tracking of portfolio companies, monitoring shareholding adjustments, options pools, and upcoming funding rounds. Maintain clean capitalization data tables across the entire fund network.
• Strategic Value Creation: Connect portfolio companies with MSH’s Corporate Partnership and International verticals to unlock exclusive Proof of Concept (PoC) paths, mentoring hours, and foreign trade lanes. Maximize operational resources to accelerate venture revenue pipelines.
• Investor Relations Communications: Manage ongoing performance reporting and communication channels with co-investors, venture partners, and institutional stakeholders. Compile polished quarterly portfolio update briefs to maintain investor trust.
• Cross-Vertical Platform Integration: Partner with the MSH Portal team to populate real-time, aggregated portfolio growth metrics (e.g., jobs created, total capital raised) onto central analytics dashboards. Ensure all public metrics match internal audited statements.
• Founder Advisory Coordination: Coordinate with external legal and financial consultants to provide portfolio startups with advisory tracks on corporate governance, tax filings, and exit strategies. Build structured paths to help founders handle complex corporate actions.
• Data Archiving & Audit Compilation: Systematically collect and secure all portfolio balance sheets, shareholder voting records, and exit documentation into central databases. Produce clear, error-free charts to support internal management reviews and ministry data audits.
