Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program management of large-scale IT

भूमिकाएँ और जिम्मेदारियाँ

1) You will be accountable for driving the entire product lifecycle, from product roadmap through specification, architecting and quality assurance. You will also be required to communicate with the Client and Internal Senior management on risks, status, strategy etc. You should be an expert in agile project management and with superior analytical skills and communication skills.
2) Program management from planning, requirements gathering, technical management, risk management, change management and stakeholder management.
3) Implement Strong Governance mechanism and build reporting for areas of responsibility.
4) Envision roadblocks, handle escalations and pitch tradeoffs plan.
5) Collaborate with technology teams to integrate AI driven tools, open-source solutions. And emerging Ed-tech innovations into DIKSHA.
6) Design dashboards and monitoring tools to track national education programs. Analyze large data sets to generate insights for policy decisions and develop evaluation frameworks to measure learning outcomes.

Desirable:

1) Understanding of the NDEAR blue print and architecture that leverages building blocks of Education
2) Familiarity with AI-driven education tools, open-source platforms, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
