Digital India Corporation (DIC) intends to engage an agency to operate and manage the Level-1 Kisan Sarathi Help Desk (KSHD) Support in multiple Local Languages for a period of 3 years. Kisan Sarathi intends to provide multi lingual support to farmers in seeking the advisories in the domains of agriculture, horticulture, fishery and animal husbandry. Initial support and directory services would be provided by the Kisan Sarathi Help Desk (KSHD) by the Level 1 Field Technical Advisories
