Qualification: Graduate/ Post-graduate/ Masters in any discipline, preferred in Communications, Social
Sciences, or English
Experience: 3-4 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Content Research & Creation:

• Transform complex government policies into engaging digital content.
• Conduct in-depth research on current affairs and policy matters.
• Create compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Develop content across multiple formats (articles, infographics, videos, social posts).

2. Social Media Management:

• Create and schedule strategic social media posts.
• Monitor engagement and respond to audience interactions.
• Analyse social media metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly.
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates.

3. Policy Analysis:

• Interpret complex policy information for general audience consumption.
• Distil key points from government initiatives and programs.
• Ensure accuracy in policy representation while making content accessible.

4. Data Visualization:

• Convert data and statistics into visually appealing graphics.
• Create infographics that simplify complex information.
• Develop visual storytelling approaches for policy communication.

5. Content Strategy Support:

• Contribute to content calendars and planning.
• Suggest innovative approaches for policy communication.
• Track content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

6. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with team members to ensure content aligns with overall strategy.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Collaborate with designers and other specialists as needed.
