NeGD is currently inviting applications for the following positions purely on Contract basis initially for a period of 1 year which is further extendable as per the requirement of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assist in drafting internship programs, policies, and job descriptions.
• Coordinate with universities and colleges for internship partnerships
• Manage the recruitment process for interns: sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
• Handle onboarding and orientation processes for new interns.
• Act as the point of contact for interns during their tenure.
• Monitor intern performance and maintain evaluation reports.
• Maintain accurate records of internship programs and documentation.
• Prepare internship completion certificates and letters of recommendation.
• Support other HR initiatives and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 Years of prior experience in HR.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
