Responsibilities

  • Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and technical specifications to prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
  • Perform functional, integration, system, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing across Web (ReactJS), Mobile (React Native), Admin Portal, and Microservices
  • Validate REST APIs, authentication flows, and integrations using Postman and API Gateway
  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or similar automation frameworks
  • Validate database transactions and reports across MySQL; perform cross-browser, cross-device, responsive UI, accessibility, and usability testing
  • Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects using Jira, ensuring timely validation of bug fixes
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, DevOps, UX, and security teams throughout the Agile development lifecycle
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production validation, and release verification activities
  • Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, execution reports, defect reports, and QA sign-off documents
  • Ensure every production release complies with QA, security, and release checklists, maintaining high product quality and minimal production defects
