Roles & Responsibilities:
i. Engage with stakeholders, including government officials, Youth, NSS Programme Officer, District Youth Officers, users and the development team to gather and understand requirements related to youth leadership and social engagement.
ii. Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows to support product development.
iii. Document functional and non-functional requirements for the MY Bharat platform.
iv. Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
v. Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
vi. Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, and testers to ensure the solution meets stakeholder needs.
vii. Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and report on youth engagement and opportunities indicators.
viii. Support testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the system’s reliability.
ix. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
x. Monitor project progress and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
