NeGD is currently inviting applications for the following positions purely on Contract basis initially for a period of 1 year which is further extendable as per the requirements of the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
•5-8 years of experience in business analysis or project management for large-scale IT/e-Governance projects.
•Strong understanding of requirement elicitation, process modelling (BPMN), and documentation standards.
•Exposure to microservices, API integration, and enterprise data systems.
•Familiarity with cloud-based, containerized, or DevSecOps environments.
•Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, MS Project, MS Visio, and AI-powered documentation aids (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot)
•Understanding of data migration, analytics, and reporting dashboards.
•Understanding of relational and NoSQL data structures, as well as search indexing technologies
•Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
•Awareness of government IT standards, security guidelines, and accessibility frameworks (GIGW, WCAG, CERT-In).

About National e-Governance Division (NeGD)

The National e-Governance Division (NeGD) is an independent business division under the Digital India Corporation, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. NeGD has been playing a pivotal role in supporting MeitY in Programme Management and implementation of e-Governance projects and initiatives undertaken by various Ministries/ Departments, both at the Central and State levels.
