NeGD is currently inviting applications for the position of Business Analyst on a contractual basis for a period of three years, which may be further extended based on the requirements of the project.

Responsibilities

• Executing structured outreach to assigned users through written communication, email, and telephonic follow-ups
• Maintaining and updating the compliance tracker for their respective portfolio of users
• Organising and facilitating review meetings and consultations with user nodal officers and WIMs
• Supporting the planning and execution of Central and State-level GIGW compliance workshops
• Serving as the helpdesk point of contact for assigned users — responding to queries and providing guidance on GIGW compliance requirements
• Documenting all outreach, meetings, and follow-ups in the Outreach Log
• Escalating stalled or non-responsive cases to the Team Lead for further action

The National e-Governance Division (NeGD) is an independent business division under the Digital India Corporation, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. NeGD has been playing a pivotal role in supporting MeitY in Programme Management and implementation of e-Governance projects and initiatives undertaken by various Ministries/ Departments, both at the Central and State levels.
