NeGD is currently inviting applications for the position of Business Analyst on a contractual basis for a period of three years, which may be further extended based on the requirements of the project.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with RCI divisions, institutions, professionals, candidates, experts, and other stakeholders
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes and prepare BRD, FRS, user stories, process flows, business rules, and requirements traceability matrix
• Analyse operational workflows of RCI and suggest enhancements as and when applicable
• Coordinate with UI/UX and technical teams to validate user journeys, role-based access, data fields, APIs, integrations, and dashboards
• Ensure requirements align with GIGW, WCAG 2.1 AA, DPDP requirements, and applicable government standards
• Support backlog refinement, UAT planning, test-case preparation, defect triage, user training, and functional sign-off

The National e-Governance Division (NeGD) is an independent business division under the Digital India Corporation, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. NeGD has been playing a pivotal role in supporting MeitY in Programme Management and implementation of e-Governance projects and initiatives undertaken by various Ministries/ Departments, both at the Central and State levels.
