Education Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.
• Additionally, the role involves designing scalable software solutions that align with business needs and technological advancements.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define functional requirements.
• Document detailed specifications for new projects, ensuring clear communication between business and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Assist project teams in testing and validation phases to ensure quality outcomes.
• Create and maintain thorough documentation, including user stories and workflow diagrams.
• Design architectural solutions that align with business goals and technology trends.
• Develop and maintain solution roadmaps to ensure scalability and long-term viability.
• Work closely with development teams to implement architectural best practices.

Required Skill Set
• Proficiency in business requirement gathering and process documentation.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
• Hands-on experience in identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and system integrations.
