Responsibilities:
i. Identify potential partnership opportunities with corporates, startups, foundations, government bodies, and civil society organizations
ii. Conduct outreach to new partners and build pipelines through proactive networking, cold outreach, events, and referrals
iii. Present the value proposition of MY Bharat to potential partners and coordinate product/service demos and onboarding discussions
iv. Support in drafting MoUs, proposals, pitch decks in alignment with project objectives
v. Collaborate with internal teams (tech, program, legal, and content) to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of partners
vi. Maintain and update the partnership CRM/database and track progress against targets
vii. Coordinate and support partnership-related events, webinars, and field activations
viii. Work with partners to co-design youth-facing programs, volunteering opportunities, internships, training, and engagement models
ix. Prepare regular reports, impact stories, and feedback summaries for internal and external stakeholders
x. Ensure post-onboarding relationship management for active partnerships, including support, communication, and performance review
