Required Qualifications & Experience
Education
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Management or a related field.

Experience
 10–15 years of experience in technical program management, product delivery or engineering roles.
 Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in government or open-source environments.
 Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD tools, cloud platforms and API integrations.

Technical Skills
 Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
 Familiarity with open-source ecosystems, licensing models and collaborative development workflows.
 Strong practical experience working with Git, PHP, Vue.js, Mustache.js and AWS infrastructure components.

Soft Skills
 Excellent communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills.
 Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver clarity in complex, fast-evolving environments.
 Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Key Outcomes Expected
 Timely delivery of OpenForge feature enhancements and integrations.
 Improved platform governance and reduced issue backlog.
 Increased adoption across ministries, academia and developer networks.

About National e-Governance Division (NeGD)

The National e-Governance Division (NeGD) is an independent business division under the Digital India Corporation, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. NeGD has been playing a pivotal role in supporting MeitY in Programme Management and implementation of e-Governance projects and initiatives undertaken by various Ministries/ Departments, both at the Central and State levels.
