MyGov is currently inviting applications for the position of Content Writer cum Researcher on a contractual basis.

Responsibilities

Research & Analysis

• Conduct in-depth research on government schemes, policy decisions, governance reforms, and socio-economic issues.
• Prepare issue notes, briefs, backgrounders, and policy explainers.
• Analyse multi-source data, identify trends, and present actionable insights.

 Content Development

• Draft high-quality long-form content including articles, reports, scripts, campaign notes, case studies, and public policy explainers.
• Rewrite, refine, and structure complex information into crisp, citizen-friendly language.
• Edit and review content for tone, clarity, accuracy, and narrative consistency.

 Communication & Coordination

• Work closely with creative, multimedia, and editorial teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
• Coordinate research inputs and assist in content planning for campaigns.

 Visualization 

• Ability to conceptualize basic charts/infographics is desirable; design team support will be available.
