NeGD is currently inviting applications for the following positions purely on Contract basis initially for a period of 2 years which is further extendable as per the requirement of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Perform data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling to identify trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and deliver insights accordingly.
• Prepare clear and concise reports, visualizations, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with data governance policies.
• Automate data collection and reporting processes wherever possible.
• Support monitoring and evaluation of key government projects using data.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Strong command over SQL and data querying techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Python/R (for data analysis), and working knowledge of databases.
• Experience in handling large and complex datasets.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

About National e-Governance Division (NeGD)
The National e-Governance Division (NeGD) is an independent business division under the Digital India Corporation, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. NeGD has been playing a pivotal role in supporting MeitY in Programme Management and implementation of e-Governance projects and initiatives undertaken by various Ministries/ Departments, both at the Central and State levels.
NeGD has been spearheading several innovative initiatives under the aegis of the Digital India Programme.
