Responsibilities:

i. Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data from the platform
ii. Design and develop predictive and classification models to enhance personalization, engagement, and program targeting
iii. Perform behavioral analysis, trend forecasting, segmentation, and cohort analysis for youth engagement
iv. Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to inform product and outreach strategies
v. Build and manage dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders using Redash or equivalent tools
vi. Collaborate with product, UX, backend, and outreach teams to translate insights into platform features
vii. Design algorithms to identify high-impact interventions and track outcomes of various programs
viii. Monitor, retrain, and optimize machine learning models in live environments
ix. Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical usage as per MeitY and Digital India guidelines
x. Stay updated with emerging tools and best practices in AI/ML, analytics, and e-governance
