NeGD is currently inviting applications for the position of Delivery Manager — Applications & Releases on a contractual basis for a period of three years, which may be further extended based on the requirements of the project.

Responsibilities

• Track delivery progress for all application workstreams against sprint and milestone commitments
• Maintain delivery-level visibility on requirements readiness, dependency blocks, environment readiness, and vendor commitments
• Coordinate release planning inputs from product, engineering, QA, platform, and vendors
• Surface delivery risks early to the TPM and drive concrete recovery plans
• Support release readiness reviews with evidence on scope, defects, dependency closure, and rollback preparedness
• Maintain a single delivery tracker for application releases and major changes
• Hold vendors to concrete delivery evidence rather than narrative status updates

The National e-Governance Division (NeGD) is an independent business division under the Digital India Corporation, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. NeGD has been playing a pivotal role in supporting MeitY in Programme Management and implementation of e-Governance projects and initiatives undertaken by various Ministries/ Departments, both at the Central and State levels.
