Roles & Responsibilities:

 Startup Engagement & Onboarding – Identify, onboard, and support highpotential startups, ensuring they get the right opportunities and connections.
 Investor & Funding Initiatives – Facilitate introductions between startups and investors, organize pitch sessions, and help startups secure funding.
 Program & Initiative Management – Plan and execute mentorship programs, networking events, and engagement initiatives that add real value.
 Research & Insights – Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to provide startups with actionable insights.
 Mentorship & Advisory – Connect startups with experienced mentors and advisors who can guide them through challenges and growth.
 Ecosystem Collaboration – Strengthen relationships with accelerators, incubators, industry leaders, and government bodies to enhance the startup ecosystem.
 Data-Driven Decision Making – Gather feedback, analyze impact, and continuously refine engagement strategies to improve outcomes.
 Community Building & Advocacy – Foster a strong, supportive startup community and advocate for policies that enable growth.
 Workshops & Knowledge Sharing – Organize hands-on learning sessions that provide startups with practical skills and insights.
 Scaling & Operational Excellence – Streamline processes and introduce best practices to support more startups effectively.

Qualifications:

Post-Graduation in Business or equivalent.
12+ years of experience and minimum 3+ years of experience working with startups, deep tech ecosystems, or innovation-driven initiatives. Previous experience working in a government setup is preferable.
