Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications using React (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
• Guide and mentor junior/senior developers; conduct thorough code reviews and promote clean, maintainable code.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, performance optimization, scalability, and accessibility.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, designers, and QA teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality features on time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, production incidents, and performance bottlenecks.
• Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices for efficient deployments.
• Design and implement features involving geospatial data processing, mapping visualizations, or location-based services.
