NeGD is currently inviting applications for the following positions purely on Contract basis initially for a period of 2 year which is further extendable as per the requirement of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Automation: Develop scripts and tools to automate tasks such as provisioning, monitoring, and deployment.
• Monitoring and Logging: Set up infrastructure monitoring and logging tools to ensure the stability and scalability of the system.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ensure efficient resource allocation and cost optimization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to resolve issues, improve performance, and implement new features.
• Security Compliance: Ensure systems meet security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Incident Management: Respond to and resolve infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and performance of applications.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors in computer science or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in DevOps or system administration roles.

The National e-Governance Division (NeGD) is an independent business division under the Digital India Corporation, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. NeGD has been playing a pivotal role in supporting MeitY in Programme Management and implementation of e-Governance projects and initiatives undertaken by various Ministries/ Departments, both at the Central and State levels.
