Engineer (Application Support & Operations)
Digital India Corporation is currently inviting applications for the following positions purely on Contract/ Consolidated basis for Vande Mataram project:-

Responsibilities:
i. Provide Level-2 support for application, infrastructure, and integration-related issues
ii. Monitor application health, system performance, and service availability using monitoring tools
iii. Investigate and resolve incidents escalated by L1 support within defined SLAs iv. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate with development/DevOps teams for permanent fixes
iv. Manage and monitor logs using tools such as ELK Stack, OpenSearch, or CloudWatch
v. Support deployment activities, patch updates, and release rollouts in coordination with DevOps teams
vi. Ensure timely escalation of critical issues and participate in incident management processes
vii. Validate data integrity and assist in resolving data-related discrepancies
viii. Monitor APIs, integrations, and third-party services for uptime and performance issues
ix. Maintain incident reports, issue trackers, and documentation for recurring issues
x. Support database-level checks, basic query execution, and troubleshooting
xi. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational best practices
