Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Skilling in AI initiative, setting clear objectives, performance metrics, and timelines to drive the program forward.
- Oversee the creation and deployment of skilling programs for ITI and Polytechnic students, ensuring they are aligned with AI industry requirements and labor market demands.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions, government agencies such as NIELIT, AICTE, DHE, state governments, and industry stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration and outcome delivery.
- Implement monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track the performance and impact of skilling initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and reporting progress to key stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership, including the CEO of IndiaAI, and other relevant stakeholders on program status, challenges, and achievements.
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants and staff members, ensuring alignment with the overall objectives of the skilling initiative and India AI’s vision.
