• Manage technology teams to execute AI projects, overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions.
• Supervise the development and deployment of AI systems, including resource allocation, ensuring that technological, financial, and human resources are effectively utilized to meet project goals.
• Drive AI innovation to enhance public services, economic growth, and societal well-being.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of AI and technology professionals.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the technology team and with other mission stakeholders.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including government departments, industry experts, and research organizations, to drive AI adoption and innovation in India.
• Ensure successful project delivery, risk mitigation, and adherence to timelines through robust project management processes.
• Deliver regular updates and reports to senior leadership, including the CEO of IndiaAI, ensuring transparency in project progress and outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative work environment by managing, mentoring, and developing the technology team to enhance their technical capabilities.
• Play a critical part in driving AI innovations and ensuring that IndiaAI initiatives achieve impactful technological outcomes.
