NeGD is currently inviting applications for the position of GM / Sr.GM (Admin) on a deputation basis at different levels amongst officers holding regular positions at the Central & State Governments, PSUs, Autonomous organizations, and Statutory bodies of the Government of India, States & UT Governments.

Experience

• Must have experience in administrative functions within a government department, PSU, or government-affiliated organization for administrative and policy matters.
• Working knowledge of Govt. of India rules, CCS (Conduct) Rules, GFR (General Financial Rules), Delegation of Financial Powers Rules, and related instructions.
• Prepare and process official correspondence, office orders, and circulars in accordance with prescribed formats and procedures.
• Assist in preparation of budget estimates, expenditure monitoring, and administrative approvals.
• Support contract management, vendor empanelment, and procurement in compliance with GFR and GeM guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper custody of office documents and files as per record management rules.

About National e-Governance Division (NeGD)

The National e-Governance Division (NeGD) is an independent business division under the Digital India Corporation, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. NeGD has been playing a pivotal role in supporting MeitY in Programme Management and implementation of e-Governance projects and initiatives undertaken by various Ministries/ Departments, both at the Central and State levels.

NeGD has been spearheading several innovative initiatives under the aegis of the Digital India Programme.
