Responsibilities:
i. Design visually appealing and user-centric graphics, infographics, banners, posters, digital creatives, and motion graphics
ii. Create artwork for social media posts, campaign promotions, reels, newsletters, emailers, presentations, and website elements
iii. Collaborate closely with content writers, communication team, and digital marketing team to deliver high-quality creative assets
iv. Support branding efforts by maintaining consistency with the MY Bharat brand guidelines across all materials
v. Assist in the design of event materials, including backdrops, standees, brochures, and certificates
vi. Work on UI/UX design assets in collaboration with the web and mobile teams when required
vii. Edit videos and support in creating simple animated content or GIFs for social media and promotions
viii. Manage and organize design assets and templates in shared repositories
ix. Ensure multilingual content compatibility and visual inclusivity across regions and demographics
x. Adapt and repurpose creative assets for different platforms and screen sizes
