Responsibilities:
i. Design and implement the national communication and outreach strategy for MY Bharat, with a strong focus on youth engagement
ii. Lead digital media campaigns, content creation, and branding initiatives across social media, web, and mobile platforms
iii. Plan and manage multilingual mass awareness campaigns, including IEC material, press releases, PSAs, and AV content
iv. Coordinate with partner organizations, media agencies, and government departments for campaign planning and execution
v. Build and oversee the MY Bharat social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and engagement
vi. Supervise content development teams, designers, and media vendors for the production of high-quality communication materials
vii. Develop and maintain a communication calendar, aligning with key events, initiatives, and national observances
viii. Plan and execute on-ground outreach programs, workshops, and youth festivals to promote the platform
ix. Monitor campaign performance metrics and report on outreach effectiveness, audience reach, and engagement
x. Ensure compliance with GoI branding guidelines, accessibility standards, and approval protocols
xi. Collaborate with the PMU, technical, and program teams to communicate updates, impact stories, and user journeys effectively
