Digital India Corporation is inviting applications for the position of Head – CB & Onboarding purely on Contract/ Consolidated basis

Responsibilities:

i. Design and lead the national capacity building and onboarding strategy for various stakeholders on the MY Bharat platform
ii. Develop and execute onboarding journeys for youth, volunteers, NGOs, government departments, and partner organizations
iii. Create and manage training modules, manuals, and toolkits (online and offline) aligned with user roles and platform functions
iv. Oversee implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training platforms
v. Coordinate train-the-trainer (ToT) programs, virtual workshops, and field-level training initiatives
vi. Partner with government training bodies (e.g., NYKS, NSS), NGOs, academic institutions, and private agencies for content development and delivery
vii. Supervise a team of training coordinators and onboarding executives for field-level rollout
viii. Monitor onboarding progress, training completion rates, feedback, and capacity building outcomes
ix. Ensure inclusion of multilingual, accessible, and culturally contextual content
x. Regularly update training material based on platform enhancements, user feedback, and policy directives
xi. Maintain dashboards and generate reports on capacity-building activities for internal review and stakeholder communication
