Digital India Corporation is currently inviting applications for the position of Head of Operations (Manager) purely on Contract/ Consolidated basis for DIKSHA project.

Responsibilities of Head of Operations (Manager)

1) Work with MOE and NCERT leadership teams to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals that are mapped with outcomes for their roadmaps.
2) Maintain and update process for support engagements and enable support management of the existing and new programs.
3) Responsible for debugging and identifying the root causes for the technical issues reported and get the fix from the engineering teams.
4) Engage with the Open Source community, DIKSHA Product teams to upgrade, release versions to DIKSHA environments periodically by verifying the regression test suites, new features, enhancements, bug fixes of various solutions that are hosted in DIKSHA.
5) Plan and execute the load testing to ensure the agreed application benchmarks are met for the application scale.
6) Process the identified service requests for onboarding users, tenants, verticals and programs of the applications. You should identify the areas of automation and get them implemented to reduce the manual effort and improve the efficiency in both service processing, support activities and monitoring of the application.
7) Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of applications hosted in the cloud to ensure availability, scalability and reliability, security and performance.
8) Ensure that the application runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
9) Ensure the solutions are secure and monitor the solutions for breach with frequent audits.

DIKSHA: DIKSHA is a national digital infrastructure for knowledge sharing focussing on school education in India. It is being used by 33 states and UTs across the country, as well as CBSE and NCERT, for running their digital education initiatives.
