NeGD is currently inviting applications for the following positions purely on Contract basis initially for a period of 3 years which is further extendable as per the requirement of the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
● 4–8 years of experience in business analysis for large-scale IT projects
● Strong skills in requirement elicitation, business process modeling (BPMN), and documentation standards
● Experience working with microservices, API integrations, and data migration projects
● Familiarity with cloud-native platforms, containerized deployments, and DevSecOps workflows
● Understanding of relational and NoSQL data structures, as well as search indexing technologies
● Knowledge of accessibility, compliance, and security frameworks relevant to public digital platforms (GIGW 3.0, WCAG 2.1, CERT-In)
● Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, MS Visio, and AI-powered documentation aids (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot)
● Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
● Good to have certification: IIBA-CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent Business Analysis certification

About National e-Governance Division (NeGD)

The National e-Governance Division (NeGD) is an independent business division under the Digital India Corporation, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. NeGD has been playing a pivotal role in supporting MeitY in Programme Management and implementation of e-Governance projects and initiatives undertaken by various Ministries/ Departments, both at the Central and State levels.
