NeGD is currently inviting applications for the following positions purely on Contract basis initially for a period of 1 year which is further extendable as per the requirements of the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
•3+ years of professional Java development experience.
•Strong knowledge of Core Java (Java 8/11/17) and OOP principles.
•Hands-on experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
•Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes.
•Good understanding of Microservices architecture.
•Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and Web Services.
•Knowledge of databases (MSSQL).
•Familiarity with Maven/Gradle and Git with understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
•Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

The National e-Governance Division (NeGD) is an independent business division under the Digital India Corporation, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. NeGD has been playing a pivotal role in supporting MeitY in Programme Management and implementation of e-Governance projects and initiatives undertaken by various Ministries/ Departments, both at the Central and State levels.
