MyGov is looking for Joint Manager/Manager – Partnership (Outreach) to join our team who would be responsible for identifying, approaching and onboarding partners from corporates, academia, NGOs, and government bodies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance citizen participation in MyGov campaigns and initiatives.
• Plan and execute both digital and on-ground engagement programs such as events, workshops, and community drives.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and youth networks to expand outreach and drive participation.
• Identify, approach, and onboard partners from corporates, academia, NGOs, and government bodies.
• Manage partnership execution, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment with MyGov’s goals.
• Collaborate with ministries and organizations on joint initiatives contributing to Viksit Bharat@2047.
• Coordinate with internal teams for communication and content dissemination across digital platforms.
• Design and draft detailed proposals, campaign plans, and event concepts to promote citizen engagement.
• Prepare reports, partnership decks, and post-campaign performance summaries.
• Oversee multiple outreach projects and events from concept to execution.
• Plan and manage MyGov workshops, conferences, and influencer/community engagements.
• Coordinate with production teams for shoots, liaising with anchors, camera teams, and editors.
• Maintain and update partnership trackers, reports, and dashboards.
• Prepare analytical reports on campaign performance and citizen engagement metrics.
• Support the team with data refinement, troubleshooting, and event follow-ups.
