Digital India Corporation is inviting applications for the position of Level 1 Engineer / IT Support Engineer purely on Contract/ Consolidated basis

Responsibilities:
i. Monitor application, server, and network health using tools like CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or OpenSearch
ii. Respond to system alerts, incidents, and service desk tickets in a timely manner
iii. Perform routine checks on system uptime, log errors, disk usage, and basic cloud infrastructure health
iv. Execute basic troubleshooting steps for known issues under standard operating procedures
v. Log and document issues, escalation paths, and resolution steps accurately in the ticketing system
vi. Support backup operations, deployment verifications, and system restarts if required
vii. Provide support to users for application-level issues such as login failures, access denials, or data sync delays
viii. Coordinate with Level 2/3 engineers for escalation of critical or unresolved issues
ix. Maintain logs and prepare shift handover reports
x. Ensure compliance with security protocols and report any unusual activity or anomalies
