Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor UI/UX designers
• Conduct design reviews and maintain quality standards
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Maintain design systems
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams
• Leverage AI tools for ideation, prototyping, and content generation
• Establish responsible AI usage guidelines
