India AI is currently inviting applications for the position of Manager – Future Skills on a contractual basis.

Responsibilities

Implement Learning Pathways on AI

• Identify industry-relevant courses, partner with stakeholders, and offer them in the Data Labs
• Identify industry partners and evaluate their offerings w.r.t. AI-related courses
• Ensure accreditation of such courses via Govt departments to facilitate the launch
• Work on driving enrolments and completions on Courses launched by IndiaAI, e.g., YUVA AI for ALL, etc.

Drive conversations with multiple Government Departments on AI Skilling

• Working with the Ministry of Education to understand Vocational Courses being launched in schools and ensuring AI modules are incorporated
• Working with the Ministry of Skill Development to understand AI courses being launched in schools and/or the SIDH Platform and ensuring IndiaAI
• Working with the Ministry of Higher Education to ensure that AI modules are incorporated into the Higher-Ed Curriculum across colleges in India
• Working with DG Training to understand how AI Skills may be incorporated into the existing curriculum in ITIs
• Working with Atal Innovation Mission to understand how AI Skills may be incorporated into the existing ATL Labs across Schools
• Preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and periodic progress summaries
• Preparing e-files, presentations, reports, and briefing notes for senior management
• Reviewing the progress state-wise periodically as the case may be
• Monitoring timelines and ensuring adherence to project milestones

Execute a nationwide Capacity Building Program for Government Officials on AI

• Understand the pilot program on Capacity Building for Govt Officials
• Strategize and replicate a scalable model across the state government departments
• Identify partners to collaborate and ensure execution of the same

Stakeholder Management (Internal and external)

• Responding to user queries from applicants, institutes, and stakeholders within defined timelines
• Managing communication with universities regarding outreach, verification, and documentation
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, social media, and MeitY officials
• Preparing e-files, presentations, reports, and briefing notes for senior management

In addition to the above, the role will support the existing operations of the Future Skills Pillar and ensure timely adherence to project milestones.
