MeitY Startup Hub (MSH) is currently inviting applications for the position of Manager – Human Resources, purely on a contract/consolidated basis.

Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Workforce Planning

• Lead manpower planning, recruitment strategy, and workforce optimization.
• Align HR initiatives with organizational goals and business requirements.

Talent Acquisition & Employee Lifecycle

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, contract management, performance management, and employee exits.
• Ensure timely hiring and retention of talent.

HR Operations & Administration

• Manage HR records, employee documentation, payroll inputs, attendance, and HRMIS.
• Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations.

Policy, Compliance & Employee Relations

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, contractual obligations, and government norms.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace relations.

Learning & Development

• Identify training needs and support employee development and capacity-building initiatives.

Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination

• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, policy notes, and management updates.
• Coordinate with management, consultants, vendors, and external stakeholders on HR matters.

Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Drive employee engagement, wellness, and workplace culture initiatives.
• Promote employee well-being, recognition programs, and a positive work environment.

Strong analytical, drafting, and problem-solving abilities

• High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
