NeGD is currently inviting applications for the position of Manager (Risk and Compliance) – DigiLocker, Kenya, on a contractual basis, initially for three years, with possible extensions as the project requires.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Enterprise Risk & Compliance Framework tailored for G2G technology transfer and foreign country implementation.
• Continuously assess and audit project operations against host country data privacy laws, cross-border data transfer protocols, sovereignty constraints, and MeitY
  cybersecurity mandates.
• Coordinate mandatory security clearance, STQC / CERT-In software security auditing, third-party vulnerability assessments (VAPT), and international
  compliance certifications.
• Maintain the strategic Risk Register; identify emerging operational, contractual, geopolitical, technical, and regulatory risks; formulate and enforce proactive
  mitigation strategies.
• Conduct legal and contractual compliance reviews of partner SLAs, vendor agreements, data processing agreements (DPAs), and bilateral Memorandums of
  Understanding (MoUs).
• Prepare comprehensive risk exposure dossiers, compliance scorecards, and audit response reports for NeGD and foreign government regulatory bodies.

The National e-Governance Division (NeGD) is an independent business division under the Digital India Corporation, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.
