MeitY Startup Hub (MSH) is currently inviting applications for the position of Manager – Scheme Support, purely on a contract/consolidated basis.

Responsibilities

• GENESIS Operational Deployment: Coordinate the daily administrative implementation, cohort timelines, and field milestones of the GENESIS scheme across multiple states. Ensure application evaluation modules and onboarding processes run smoothly without operational delays.
• Incubator Hub Onboarding: Manage the onboarding processes, infrastructure checks, and performance scorecards for technical incubators selected to execute GENESIS targets. Serve as the core internal point of contact to guide regional incubator managers on scheme metrics.
• Startup Performance Auditing: Review and track the technical milestones, prototype stages, and market readiness levels of startups funded under the scheme. Maintain strict verification logs to ensure founder cohorts achieve their defined technical benchmarks.
• Cross-Vertical Platform Integration: Partner with the MSH Portal team to populate real-time GENESIS performance data onto centralized public-facing analytics dashboards. Ensure scheme success metrics are updated weekly for transparency.
• Founder Query Resolution: Manage the scheme helpdesk backend, community forums, and ticketing networks to address founder inquiries regarding grant cycles, timelines, or eligibility rules. Maintain highly responsive startup relations to protect MSH’s public brand equity.
• Field Monitoring Travel: Conduct routine on-site inspection visits to regional incubation centers to verify programmatic infrastructure, attendance lists, and resource allocation. Compile structured field reports to update senior management.
• Data Archiving & Audit Support: Systematically collect, clean, and secure all cohort registration archives, funding approval files, and milestone scorecards into central databases. Produce clear, error-free charts to support internal reviews and ministry audits.
