NeGD is currently inviting applications for the position of Onboarding Expert purely on Contract basis initially for a period of 2 years which is further extendable as per the requirement of the project.

Required Technical Skills
Business Development:
- Work closely with Central Government/ State Government/ Private and Public organizations to understand their requirements and develop a customized onboarding plan
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive strategic decisions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business plans to attract potential clients.
- Develop and implement onboarding strategies to ensure successful transitions for new clients or customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding activities for clients
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process, including project scoping, technical integration, and client training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and customer support, to ensure successful onboarding experience for clients
- Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and work with internal teams to implement changes and improve efficiency
- Develop and maintain documentation for the onboarding process, including training materials and technical specifications
- Provide support to clients during the onboarding process and post-onboarding to support the company’s growth goals
- Monitor and track client progress during the onboarding process, providing regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services and industry trends related to onboarding and technical integration.
- Experience in drafting documents such as Terms of Services, MoU
- Lead in driving growth, developing effective business strategies, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Program Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor multiple programs to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Develop project roadmaps, milestones, and performance tracking metrics.
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

The National e-Governance Division (NeGD) is an independent business division under the Digital India Corporation, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. NeGD has been playing a pivotal role in supporting MeitY in Programme Management and implementation of e-Governance projects and initiatives undertaken by various Ministries/ Departments, both at the Central and State levels.
