NeGD is currently inviting applications for the position of Onboarding Lead – Business Development Manager on a contractual basis for a period of three years.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Relationship Management
Work closely with Central/State Government departments, and Public/Private organizations to understand requirements and design customized onboarding plans
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and service adoption goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication, collaboration, and negotiation
Prepare presentations and business plans for onboarding new services and departments

Onboarding & Integration
Develop and implement onboarding strategies to ensure smooth and successful integration of services
Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding activities for departments and agencies
Manage all aspects of the onboarding lifecycle, including scoping and technical integration
Draft and review critical documents such as Functional Requirement Specifications
Identify and implement improvements to the onboarding process to enhance efficiency and quality
Monitor and track progress of onboarding activities, providing regular status updates to internal leadership and external stakeholders

Operations Engagement
Address operational challenges to ensure smooth service delivery and availability
Ensure ongoing engagement with stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and ensure long- term service stability

Leadership & Strategic Growth
Lead onboarding initiatives to drive growth, adoption, and effective delivery of citizen- centric services
Develop effective strategies for business development and onboarding execution
Foster a high performance culture within the onboarding function through collaboration and best practices

The National e-Governance Division (NeGD) is an independent business division under the Digital India Corporation, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. NeGD has been playing a pivotal role in supporting MeitY in Programme Management and implementation of e-Governance projects and initiatives undertaken by various Ministries/ Departments, both at the Central and State levels.
