Digital India Corporation is currently inviting applications for the position of PMU (Project Consultant) purely on Contract/ Consolidated basis for DigiLocker project.

Job and Responsibilities of PMU (Project Consultant)

• Coordinate project management activities, including resources, equipment, and information.
• Conduct cost calculations and collaborate with financial departments on budget coordination.
• Monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenses.
• Document important meeting actions and decisions and prepare presentation materials.
• Provide administrative support as required.
• Ensure adherence to project frameworks and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Identify and address project risks and issues, proposing solutions as necessary.
• Develop project management calendars and establish achievable timelines.
• Break down projects into manageable tasks and set deadlines.
• Assist in budget preparation and analyze risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to overcome obstacles.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure standards are met.
• Foster collaboration across departments to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to maintain progress.
• Generate reports to track project progress and identify trends.
• Continuously seek improvement opportunities and suggest adjustments for future projects.
