Roles and Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs comprising multiple projects and interdependent workstreams.
• Define and manage program scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, and success metrics.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including business, engineering, QA, data, and GIS stakeholders.
• Establish and manage governance structures, steering committees, and executive reporting mechanisms.
• Proactively identify program risks, dependencies, and issues; drive mitigation, resolution, and escalation as required.
• Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks, quality standards, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and guide project managers and team leads, fostering best practices and continuous improvement across programs.
