Digital India Corporation is currently inviting applications for the following positions purely on Contract/ Consolidated basis for Poshan Tracker project.

Position Overview:
The Programme Manager will lead the strategic delivery, governance, and operational management of the Poshan Tracker—a flagship national digital platform under the Digital India Corporation (DIC). The role involves driving programme governance, programme delivery, technical oversight, inter-agency coordination, data-driven monitoring, and vendor/SLA accountability.
This role require senior government programme leadership experience. The Programme Manager will lead the Poshan Tracker PMU and work closely with Product, BA, SRE, DevOps, Operations, Training, and State Coordination teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
• Bachelor’s degree from recognised university in any stream
• Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent/Public Policy/Technology Management).
• Minimum 12 years of experience in handling large scale projects.
• At least 5 years in leadership roles in programme delivery, PMO, or digital governance.
• Demonstrated experience in:
o Large-scale IT delivery
o Programme governance
o RFP/SLA/vendor management
o Cloud/SaaS-based system oversight
o Government stakeholder coordination
• Prior exposure to working with Cross- functional areas
