NeGD is currently inviting applications for the position of Project Coordinator – DigiLocker, Kenya, on a contractual basis, initially for three years, with possible extensions as the project requires.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously update the integrated project schedule, milestone tracking dashboards, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, and
  action item trackers.
• Organize, facilitate, and document weekly bilateral working group meetings, steering reviews, and technical discussions across NeGD, MEA, partner country
  nodal teams, and SI partners.
• Act as day-to-day liaison across technical workstreams (architecture, software development, data localization, language translation, security auditing) to ensure
  timely resolution of execution bottlenecks.
• Log, organize, and evaluate scope change requests (CRs) and track their progression through the formal G2G change governance board.
• Consolidate operational status inputs, draft periodic SLA performance reports, monitor vendor deliverables, and assemble board-level briefing notes and progress
  presentations.

The National e-Governance Division (NeGD) is an independent business division under the Digital India Corporation, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. NeGD has been playing a pivotal role in supporting MeitY in Programme Management and implementation of e-Governance projects and initiatives undertaken by various Ministries/ Departments, both at the Central and State levels.
