NeGD is currently inviting applications for the following positions purely on Contract basis initially for a period of 1 year which is further extendable as per the requirements of the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

●IPA Advertisement DEC – 5 PositionsBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
●8–10+ years of experience in managing large-scale IT projects, preferably with public-facing platforms
●PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
●Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams in Agile or Hybrid delivery models
●Strong understanding of microservices, API-driven integrations, and cloud-native deployments (AWS, Azure, or equivalent)
●Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation tools
●Knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, search indexing (Elasticsearch), and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
●Experience in managing projects involving accessibility, security, and compliance audits
●Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent
●Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

About National e-Governance Division (NeGD)

The National e-Governance Division (NeGD) is an independent business division under the Digital India Corporation, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. NeGD has been playing a pivotal role in supporting MeitY in Programme Management and implementation of e-Governance projects and initiatives undertaken by various Ministries/ Departments, both at the Central and State levels.
