Roles and Responsibilities of Project Manager/Program Lead

• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing. Assemble and coordinate project team members; assign tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Develop and manage project timelines and schedules; ensure project milestones are met.
• Track project costs, ensure budget adherence, and implement costsaving measures where possible.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies; monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders; facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and performance; use appropriate tools and techniques to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.
• Generate and present regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
